Mercy Foundation's Employee Giving Program

The Mercy Foundation has created the HERO (Helping Employees Reach Others) program to empower our staff to support the critical work we do at Mercy Medical Center. Your tax-deductible donations help us acquire essential equipment, develop innovative programs, and expand the vital services we offer to our community.

Easy Ways to Give

Getting involved in the HERO program is simple. Choose the giving method that works best for you:

Ongoing Payroll Deduction: Set up a recurring donation of any amount that fits your budget.
Donate PTO Hours: Contribute your paid time off to support our mission.
One-Hour Pay/PTO Donation: Give the equivalent of one hour of pay or PTO per pay period.
One-Time or Recurring Online Donation: Contract employees can contribute through our secure online portal.

100% of your gift directly supports Mercy Medical Center, making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Employee Self Service - From the bookmark menu, choose "Employee Giving'> ESS Employee Giving and then click 'Add Donation.' Be sure to select Mercy Medical Center Merced Foundation from the drop-down menu to ensure your gift stays with our Foundation.
